Supervisory Board is a body that supervises the management of CSP Executive Office. The board is also responsible to supervise the performance of the Executive Office and the Executive Director. Member of the Supervisory Board will consist of GA chair and Principal Funding members. Supervisory Board will maintain close communication with Advisory Board and should attend the Advisory Board meetings.
The supervisory board will meet every four months to review the progress of the annual work plan, budget, work, performance of the executive office, and any other significant business and topics.

National Workshop on Cocoa Seed Plantation Development and CSP General Assembly Meeting
The National Workshop on Master Farm Development is held in conjunction with the CSP General Assembly Meeting. The CSP General Assembly Meeting evaluates all initiatives and efforts to increase cocoa productivity nationally. It is attended by representatives of all members and other stakeholders in the national and international sustainable cocoa development sector, as well as cocoa farmer groups throughout Indonesia.
The objectives of the National Workshop on Master Farm Development and the CSP General Assembly Meeting are:
- To disseminate information regarding master farm development for superior cocoa varieties that meet the criteria and requirements of applicable regulations.
- To facilitate multi-stakeholder collaboration in the cocoa sector to support national cocoa development.
- To submit a report on the activities of the CSP Executive Office.
