
SFITAL Initiate Participatory Rainfall and Water Flow Data Measurement In North Luwu
High rainfall which has been happening lately in North Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi causes worries that flooding will happen again like in 2020. The Sustainable Farming in Tropical Asian Landscapes (SFITAL) with district government and relevant agencies which are Rongkong Forest Management Unit (KPH), Public Work Office, Environmental Office, Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPDB), Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysical Agency (BMKG), Agriculture Office, and the other working group representatives effort to mitigate in Rongkong Watershed which covers Masamba River and Radda River which were affected the greatest impact in the last flood disaster.
